How pages are counted
A page is a page of the PDF.
A 4-page statement exported to Excel uses 4 pages. Exporting the same statement again that month — to QBO, OFX, or Excel after fixing a cell — uses nothing more. CSV never uses pages, and neither does reading or checking.
Pages reset on the 1st of each month, for every month of your term. Unused pages don't carry over.
How long can a term be?
Any whole number of months from 1 to 60, or 1 to 5 years. The monthly rate drops at 3, 6 and 12 months, then again at 2 and 3 years.
What do I get after paying?
A plan key: a line of text starting with TR-, shown on screen and emailed to you. Paste it into “Enter key” in any browser where you want to export. No account, no sign-in.
Can colleagues use it too?
Yes. Paste the same key on each computer. Pages are counted in each browser, so a firm sharing one plan should keep an eye on its total.
What happens when I run out of pages?
Excel, QBO and OFX pause until the 1st, or until you move to a larger plan. Reading, checking and CSV keep working.
Can I extend it?
Any time. At checkout, paste your current key under “Extending a key you already have?” and the new term starts when the current one ends. There is nothing to cancel: a term just ends.
Refunds?
Within 14 days of payment, for any reason. If your statements don't read at all, any time during the term. See the refund policy.
